Sign in with the same email you use in the app. If you started as a guest, create your account in the app first so there is an email to match.

Choose Familja or Shqiponja
You are taken to Paysera, a licensed European payment institution, to pay by card or bank. Flas never sees your card details.

Open the app
Your plan is active on every device in the family, for you and every child, with nothing to enter. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

What is free?
Downloading, starting, and your first lessons — with the full real voice and offline audio. You decide whether to pay after you have seen what Flas is.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You pay for a month or a year, and when it ends you choose whether to pay again. There is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge.
How many children are included?
All of them. One parent account, any number of child profiles, every device. There is no per-child price.
We have an iPhone and an Android tablet.
That is one family and one plan. Sign in with the same account everywhere; children use their family code on any device.
Can I get a refund?
Write to hello@flas.io within 14 days of paying and we will sort it out.
